Common questions.
Do you store the boat and trailer together?
Yes — that's the model. Your boat stays on its own trailer, so you tow the whole rig and launch wherever you choose.
What's the largest boat you can store?
Up to 50 ft, with a length premium on the largest vessels. Boats over 50 ft are not accepted.
Do you store RVs?
Yes, but limited — up to about 25% of capacity (≈87 ground-floor spaces), reservation-based. Boats come first.
How does launch-day retrieval work?
Call ahead and your boat is staged, washed, and ready to tow. Ground-floor boats roll straight out; upper bays are brought down by marine forklift.
Is the building really hurricane-resistant, and what does that mean for insurance?
Yes — it's a hardened, indoor building designed for storm season. That protection can also work in your favor with insurers.
What are your hours, and can I get my boat when you're closed?
Office hours are 8 AM–5 PM, Tuesday–Saturday. Boat drop-off and pick-up are available 24/7.
How secure is the facility?
The property is 100% fenced with security and camera surveillance, and the boathouse is secured after business hours.
How do I learn about investing?
